I love a good dressing and when avocado is the star - um yeah, sign me up! My husband and I used to both be a little skeptical about blue cheese. I think we just hadn't had it celebrated properly! I made a regular blue cheese dressing for some hot wings once and it turned out so good. So, I figured - why not try to make an Avocado Blue Cheese Dressing to be the star of our spicy chicken sandwich? It was everything! So tangy, creamy, flavorful! This dressing would shine on so many different types of sandwiches, wraps, or used as a dip!

¼ cup Mayo
¼ cup Blue Cheese
Half an avocado cubed
3 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tbsp Green Onion thinly sliced
2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
⅛ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Pepper
⅛ tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

Add everything to a mixing bowl and using a fork, mash and stir the ingredients to combine.
Serve Avocado Blue Cheese Dressing on a wrap, sandwich, or as a dip! Enjoy!
