In the Midwest, we love our cheese! I whipped up this Beer Cheese for my family this weekend and it was amazing! We had it with some soft salty pretzels, but this dip could shine in so many other ways! You could put it on a charcuterie board, burger, or a sandwich! It was so simple to make, as only a few ingredients are needed! It felt super fitting since the Draft was hosted local to us and this sauce totally screams game day vibes!
Whisk in cream cheese, Dijon, and salt until melted and completely combined
Turn heat to slow, and slowly add in the cheese while whisking continuously
Remove from heat and garnish with green onion and additional shredded cheese, if desired! Serve Beer Cheese with pretzels, chips, on a sandwich - any way you like!

This beer cheese will keep for about 3-4 days in the refrigerator!
