I love making all types of salads, especially once the weather gets warm. Tuna salad is a favorite at our house and there's so many ways to enjoy it! It also takes no time at all to whip up a batch! You could have it on some delicious bread, you could eat it with crackers, you could make it into a melt, a wrap - I mean there's lots of opportunity! This Creamy Tuna Salad was so yummy served on bread with a juicy tomato and some fresh hydroponic lettuce! We all had it for dinner and then I had one for breakfast the next day because I was craving it again, YUM!
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or overnight for best flavor.
