My husband loves carbonara, so I decided to make this Shrimp Carbonara for him! He didn't know there was egg in it which I thought was super funny! This was so delicious! The flavor profile was amazing! You've got the juicy shrimp, the smoky bacon flavor, the creamy pasta! I mean what's not to love?! It was pretty easy to make and only a little technical, which I liked because it challenged me a bit! This was my first time making carbonara and it definitely did not disappoint! This recipe also makes a ton, so you'll have plenty of leftovers!
