Veggie Wrap with Basil Tzatziki
I love a fresh, flavorful wrap! This Veggie Wrap with Basil Tzatziki was super easy to make and PACKED with flavor! I didn't even realize I was making a Tzatziki until I tried it and was like...hmm I recognize this flavor! I wish I could've bottled up that sauce, it was TOO good! These wraps were garlicky, dilly, and creamy! Make these up for a backyard picnic or toss them in the cooler for a beach day! These are perfect to make when you have an abundance of veggies from the garden you need to use up!
Ingredients
- 2 Large Burrito Tortillas
- ¼ cup Cucumber thinly sliced, with peels
- ¼ cup Sugar Snap Peas
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayo
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1 tbsp Dill minced
- 1 tbsp Basil minced
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cucumber and peapods.
- Whisk until mixture is creamy and the herbs and seasonings are well incorporated.
- Spread the basil tzatziki around the tortilla and layer on the peas and cucumber.
- Garnish with additional herbs if desired, wrap it up burrito style, slice in half, and enjoy!
