Who doesn't love pizza!? My favorite kind of pizza has a white creamy sauce! This white pizza with broccoli is quick and easy to make and better yet, it's kid approved! It was garlicky, creamy, and I feel like the broccoli adds a unique touch! This is a vegetarian pizza, but you could also add some chicken or whatever else you like!
Take a small saucepan about halfway filled with water, bring to a boil.
Drop broccoli in and boil for one minute.
Transfer broccoli to an ice bath to stop the cooking, drain, and set aside until ready to use.
To make the pizza:
Whisk all spices in a small bowl until combined.
Preheat oven to 400℉
Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil in large bowl, place dough ball inside, roll around and flip to coat dough ball, then put a damp paper towel on the bowl and let sit out for an hour.
Take out dough and gently spread out onto round baking sheet. I just used my fingers for this. My pizza ended up being about 14 inches.
Poke a couple of holes in the dough with a fork.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil onto the pizza, spreading evenly with the back of a spoon to cover the pizza.
Spread the ricotta evenly around, then sprinkle the spices around. Add garlic first, so it doesn't burn.
Lay the mozzarella around the pizza evenly then top with broccoli.
Bake for 25 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melty!
Wait a few minutes before slicing pizza and serving! Enjoy with toppings of your choice!
