Air Fryer Nachos
There's nothing like a nacho! And when you make the filling for tacos or burritos, there's usually a TON left over. So how to repurpose it? Ya toss it in a nacho! These Air Fryer Nachos were everything you'd want out of a nacho! Cheesy, meaty, crunchy, bright, acidic! They were the whole package! And using the air fryer just makes everything so easy! I love the convenience of it! These made the perfect mid-day snack for my family, and they were done in no time!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Tortilla Chips
- 1 ½ cups Taco Meat - I had some leftover from my Taco Salad recipe!
- ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Lettuce chopped
- Green Onion thinly sliced
- Cilantro minced
- Tomato diced
- Hot Sauce - try my recipe for homemade!
- Sour Cream
- Lime Juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer for a few minutes at 390 ℉. Line the air fryer basket with tinfoil for easy cleanup.
- Lay out the tortilla chips, sprinkle on the cooked taco meat, and top with cheese.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melty!
- Garnish with whatever you want! Lettuce, tomato, sour cream, hot sauce, lime juice, guacamole, black olives - whatever you like! Enjoy!
