You know the moment. Your kid walks up and says, "Can I have another snack?" And you're thinking...YOU'VE BEEN EATING ALL DAY! Eating anything but...your meals. Any parent can relate to this I feel like! Sometimes it's a full-time job just getting your kids to eat something that isn't junk! These Carrot Chips offer fiber, a veggie, AND they're super easy to make in the air fryer! Plus, it's a great way to use up those extra carrots in the fridge! These were crunchy, yet soft inside, full of flavor, and amazing with some ranch dressing!

Instructions
Get three shallow dishes out and whisk the eggs in the first one.
In the second one, whisk 1 tsp of Lawry's with the panko.
In the last dish, whisk flour and all remaining ingredients besides carrots, until combined.
Take some carrots and working in batches move from the egg wash allowing them to drip off any excess, to the panko, to the flour, tossing the carrots until covered completely.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add the carrots in a single layer, without touching.
Air fry at 400 ℉ for 12 minutes per batch, shaking halfway through. This took me 3 batches to complete all carrots, but it depends on the size of your air fryer.
Garnish Carrot Chips with fresh parsley and parmesan. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping if desired!
