Chipotle Aioli

The Wholesome Spoon
Sometimes you just need a really great sauce to dunk your fries in! Put it on a burger, a sandwich, dunk your onion rings in it! I mean anything! This Chipotle Aioli was the perfect amount of spicy, garlicky, and there's this beautiful lemon that comes through! We used this amazing sauce on our burgers, and it was to die for! The best part, this sauce was so easy to make!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • Juice and zest from half a lemon
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tsp parsley minced
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp chipotle seasoning
  • Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir well to combine! If you wanted to you could blend this up, but I like the garlic chunks in there!
  • Chipotle Aioli can be eaten right away, or you can chill it for a while for more flavor! This sauce is amazing with just about anything!

Notes

This aioli will keep for about a week if refrigerated in an airtight container
