Sometimes you just need a really great sauce to dunk your fries in! Put it on a burger, a sandwich, dunk your onion rings or chicken tenders in it! It could even be a salad dressing! I mean this could really go on anything! This Chipotle Aioli was the perfect amount of spicy, garlicky, and there’s this beautiful lemon that comes through! We used this amazing sauce on our bacon cheeseburgers, and it was to die for! The best part, this sauce was so easy to make! Only took about 15 minutes and it’s PACKED with flavor! Delicious!

Why make your own sauce?

This sauce is really easy to whip up and it tastes amazing! Using fresh garlic and herbs makes this sauce incredibly bright and flavorful! By making your own, you can control exactly what goes in it and it’s usually cheaper to make your own! Most of these ingredients you probably already have on hand anyway!

What ingredients do I need for this?

Mayo
Lemon
Garlic
Parsley
Dijon
Chipotle Seasoning
Salt
Pepper

How do I make it?

Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir well to combine! If you wanted to you could blend this up, but I like the garlic chunks in there!

Chipotle Aioli can be eaten right away, or you can chill it for a while for more flavor! This sauce is amazing with just about anything! Enjoy!

Tips:

  • This aioli will keep for about a week if refrigerated in an airtight container
  • This was pretty spicy! If you want it to be a little more mild, add half of the chipotle seasoning instead of the full 1/2 tsp!
  • This recipe will make about a cup of chipotle aioli!
