This Crockpot Hamburger Stew is perfect for winter and it's an easy way to get your toddler to eat vegetables! It's also super convenient to throw everything in the crockpot and check it hours later! I love that this just feels like a hearty hug in a bowl! It can also be made on the stovetop and it's freezer friendly, which is perfect for busy families!
½lbBaby Carrotsdiced (I cheated with these because it's way easier!)
3tbspWorcestershire
2tspItalian Seasoning
2tspSalt
½tspBlack Pepper
½tspSeasoned Salt
¼ tspChili Powder
For serving:
Parsleyminced
Parmesanfreshly shredded
Crackers
Bread and Butter
Instructions
To prep the ingredients:
In a large skillet on medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks and cooking until no longer pink.
Drain beef, then stir in the seasoned salt.
To make the crockpot hamburger stew:
Add the ground beef along with all of the other ingredients for the stew besides the frozen peas and garnishes.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, until the veggies are fork tender!
To serve:
Stir in the frozen peas and serve!
Garnish with fresh parsley, parmesan, oyster crackers, bread - whatever you like!
