Ceasar salads are my absolute FAVORITE! This Homemade Caesar Dressing is phenomenal, and it takes little to no time at all to make! It was so fun making it too! You just toss everything into the bullet and blend. No chopping or anything needed really. I did chop up the anchovies and parsley just because I wanted to get a feel for how much it was going to be, and make sure to measure it all out properly. The anchovies are definitely a distinct flavor for this dressing, and you definitely don't want to overdo it! It felt like a salad dressing straight out of a restaurant! I'm not sure that I could have bottled Caesar again after making my own! Yum!
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving! Enjoy on a salad, wrap, dunk your breadsticks in it - whatever you want! Try my Bacon Caesar Salad recipe!
