We love wings! They're so easy to make and so delicious! And making them at home is WAY cheaper than going out for wings! Our 3-year-old loves eating them like a big boy, off the bone! You can tell he just feels so cool and it's super fun to watch! These Parmesan Garlic Wings were cooked in the oven on a rack, to maintain their crispiness! I tossed them in some melted butter and garlic and finished them off with some parsley and parmesan! So tasty! Our family of four polished these off with none to spare! They're addicting!

Instructions
To make the wings:
Preheat oven to 425 ℉ and line a large baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Put a rack over the pan, that's where the wings will sit. This keeps them out of their own juices and keeps them crispy! This step is very important!
In a large bowl, whisk all wings spices until combined. Use your hands to toss the wings in the spices, until thoroughly coated.
Add the wings to the prepared baking sheet and rack, with a bit of space between them.
Bake wings for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Broil on high for 1-2 minutes, until wings have a nice golden-brown color.
To make the sauce:
In a small skillet, melt butter on medium. Add garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, about one minute, stirring constantly so the garlic doesn't burn.
Transfer to a large bowl and toss wings in the sauce with a tong, working in batches. If you overcrowd the bowl and try to toss them all at once, they might not all get adequately covered.
To serve:
Serve wings with freshly grated parmesan and parsley, if desired! Dunk them in some ranch or your preferred sauce! Enjoy!
