This would also totally rock into the late summer and fall as well because you don’t have to turn your oven on to make it! My mind was completely blown by the flavor here and it literally took HALF the time it would take to bake!
Stuffed mushrooms are one of my favorite appetizers to have, and just anything with mushrooms, actually, like I’m there – all day! I LOVE them! We make Asian food at home pretty often and I wanted to showcase those flavors in a whole new way! These Korean Stuffed Mushrooms were juicy, flavorful, little cheese bombs! Those flavors from the soy, the sesame oil, the green onions, the melty cheese, the juicy ground beef! Everything just came together so well!
Don’t get me wrong – I LOVE a beef burger, but these Green Onion Turkey Burgers were so juicy and so incredible, for a minute there I was like…beef who?! These were stuffed with green onions, garlic, Dijon, and spices! I whipped up a honey mustard Dijon to smear all over the pretzel bun and then loaded the burgers up with a bunch of fresh veggies! This recipe was mind blowing!
This Carrot Apple Walnut Salad was bursting with flavor and freshness! There was so much going on in this! It was tangy, it was crunchy, it was zesty! Those toasted walnuts, the crunchy apple, that little punch from the cilantro and green onion, that dressing?! It was unreal! This could be a side dish, an appetizer, a snack – it can be anything you want it to be!
I feel like everybody loves a hearty casserole dish! Crank the oven on, throw on some sweats, and have a true comfort meal. This Cheesy Broccoli Chicken and Rice was ridiculously easy to make! It was a dump and bake recipe that tasted absolutely incredible! You’d never know how easy it was because it was poppin’ with all these complex flavors!
I feel like chicken wings are loved by most! They’re just so good and addicting! These Spicy Mango Chicken Wings were just that – addicting! These were spicy, sweet, garlicky, herby – the whole package! That mango serrano sauce, those crispy, juicy wings, and then that chiffonade basil garnish to elevate things a bit, it was all so flavorful! And these totally scream game day!
This Triple Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf is like a quick bread loaf cake mash up! It features the main ingredient, lemon – in three really unique ways! I made a lemon sugar to mix into the batter, a lemon syrup to soak the cake, and a lemon icing to top it all off! This was so good and it totally felt like sunshine!
I don’t know about you, but I’m always in the mood for seafood! Especially when it’s got that lemony punch – YUM! It’s so delicious! This Salmon Lemon Risotto was everything you’d want from a risotto! That rice felt creamy but had this incredible bite left on it, those lemony flavors throughout, served with that charred lemon, and those big juicy flaky chunks of salmon. I mean this was just ridiculous! And it’s not very hard to make at all!
With the Super Bowl coming up, it’s time to get thinking about all the yummy snacks and meals to feed a crowd! This Caramelized French Onion Dip gives all those French onion vibes but actually doesn’t feature any soup mix! Caramelizing those onions and making this dip was super easy! And it was so tasty and fresh! My family loved it, even my littles!
