This Maple Sausage Egg Bake was absolutely delicious, and the best part? It makes a whole bunch! Have this for meal prep during the week or toss it in the freezer to have at a later date. Batch breakfasts that freeze well are so CLUTCH. This was loaded with protein, fluffy eggs, gooey cheese, fresh veggies, and big crumbles of maple flavored breakfast sausage. Kinda sweet, kinda savory – these are flavors everybody loves!

    Tomato Basil Sausage Soup

    With summer comes fresh tomatoes growing in abundance! And when you live in a climate like mine – it could go from scorching heat, to constant rain, to 70 degree days, to nights as low as 49 F in July! What a ride. You never know if you’ll have an ice cream week or a soup week. Seriously…that is the Midwest! This Tomato Basil Sausage Soup was such a brilliant way to use up some of those fresh tomatoes from the garden. It really doesn’t get fresher than this! The big juicy chunks of Italian sausage, with that fresh basil also plucked from the garden. Have this with some crispy bread or some buttery crackers! I mean it was SO wholesome.

    Bacon Veggie Breakfast Hash

    On a slow morning, I love making a big ole savory breakfast! It’s my fav! We all sit down together and enjoy something hearty and flavorful – it’s the best! This Bacon Veggie Breakfast Hash was loaded with crispy bacon, tender potatoes, green onion, tomato, and gooey, runny eggs. The gorgonzola cheese on top was the perfect little pop to bring everything together. This was so easy! It’s also a great way to use up that giant bag of potatoes you’ve got sitting in your pantry. Breakfast, brunch, or even breakfast for dinner – this is a recipe everyone will enjoy!

    Sausage and Tomato Rice Skillet

    Life is hectic lately! My boys are growing, time is flying, and I blink my eyes and it’s already a new day. Wild. One pot recipes are perfect for busy days because seriously, the last thing I need to do is MORE DISHES. Absolutely not. This Sausage and Tomato Rice Skillet is a hearty one pot recipe that, though simple, totally blew our minds. The bay leaf adds so much flavor! The Italian sausage was juicy and nutty, the rice was perfectly cooked, while the sauce was rich and savory. It was just awesome! Everything came together in about half an hour and there was plenty to go around. This recipe is great for summer too, when you just don’t want to sit in the kitchen forever!

    I love some juicy pork chops, and I love a one pot dinner even more! These Espresso Rubbed Pork Chops were sweet, savory, a little bitter – I mean they had a lot going on, and in the best way! These were rubbed with a variety of spices, seared in a skillet, then served in creamy garlic sauce. This was a quick dinner that we all loved, and it goes great with so many different sides. Perfect for a busy weeknight, super flavorful, and super affordable – I mean what’s not to love? This recipe was a winner!

    Every once in a while, I get a huge craving for some Gyros! Juicy meat, a soft pita, a garlicky tzatziki sauce – it’s just such a favorite of mine! I wanted to do a unique and easy spin on the classic gyro, so I decided to make these Smoked Andouille Sausage Gyros! These were juicy, smoky, a little spicy, and SUPER yummy!     Meal prepping is SO underrated. These Broccoli Cheddar Egg Cups were stuffed with tender broccoli, gooey cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, garlic, fresh herbs, and tomato. That egg was so juicy, and SO fluffy! These were impressive to me because I feel like you don’t hear about a lot of breakfast recipes featuring broccoli! They felt super creative and my kids absolutely loved them!

    These Blueberry and Sausage Stuffed Pancakes were packed with juicy berries, sweet maple syrup, and savory breakfast sausage! These were so easy to make and SO delicious! Just one pancake is pretty filling, so these would be awesome to whip up for meal prep breakfasts for during the week! I feel like these flavors are hard to pass up, they’re classic! And even though I’m a savory girl, this was the most balanced breakfast! These would also shine if served for brunch, and they make a great late-night snack!

The bacon brought some crunch and smoke; the creamy sauce was comforting and packed with garlicky flavor! The whole dish was just so cheesy and delicious! I feel like this is one that everybody loves! Classic flavors, and very easy to make!

    This Bone-In Pork Chop Sheet Pan recipe was the perfect family dinner! The pork chops were seared before baking to achieve this gorgeous, crispy caramelized crust! The asparagus was tender and flavorful, and the roasted potatoes gave such a hearty feel! Those herbs and spices totally made everything shine! And the garlic butter finish was a restaurant worthy upgrade that had me going back for seconds!
