    Lemon Herb Chip and Veggie Dip

    Dip is one of my favorite things to snack on! It’s easy to make and there are so many different kinds! This Lemon Herb Chip and Veggie Dip was bright, creamy, tangy, and filled with tons of fresh herbs. It really gives off a “Green Goddess” vibe! This stuff was simple and SO addicting! It’s perfect for chips, veggies, pretzels, and whatever else you feel like using it for. My family loved it! It would totally crush at a potluck, party, or picnic.

    Steak Bibimbap

    Bibimbap is a vibrant and popular Korean dish that features veggies both raw and sautéed, a protein, and a sunny side up egg – served over a bed of rice! I saw it on a cooking show years ago and have wanted to try it ever since! This Steak Bibimbap was super flavorful, unique, and easy to make! There was so much going on, so many different textures and temperatures, which made it really fun to dissect! The crunchy carrot and cucumber, that flavorful marinated steak, the crispy rice, the lemon gochujang glaze?! It was awesome.

    Bacon Jam Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

    This time of year, all I want to eat are fresh veggies, salads, wraps, and sandwiches! They just really hit the spot for me on a hot sunny day! These Bacon Jam Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps were crunchy, creamy, and filled with flavor. The chicken was warm and juicy; the bacon jam was crunchy and sweet! Then you have that smoky chilled Caesar dressing, which was super easy to make and added SO much flavor! Everything was all wrapped into a tortilla with some toasted corn and fresh lettuce, then toasted until golden. These were ridiculously good and everything was made in just one pot!

    Grilled Mac and Cheese

    Occasionally, my kids will request a blue box of some classic mac and cheese – and of course, I’m always adding stuff to it and putting some spin on it. It’s nice when you need something easy, and then you’ve hopefully got some leftovers too! It turns out, leftover mac and cheese makes a darn good sandwich! These Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwiches were cheesy and nostalgic AF! They were so easy to make and such a crafty way to enhance some leftover mac and cheese!

    Smoked Andouille Sausage Gyros

    Every once in a while, I get a huge craving for some Gyros! Juicy meat, a soft pita, a garlicky tzatziki sauce – it’s just such a favorite of mine! I wanted to do a unique and easy spin on the classic gyro, so I decided to make these Smoked Andouille Sausage Gyros! These were juicy, smoky, a little spicy, and SUPER yummy! They came together quick too, so this would be a really great recipe for a busy weekday or weekend! Gyro vibes without all the extra hassle!

    We’ve all been there. You buy a watermelon, cut it up, and now you have endless watermelon. My kids always want one and after a few days, they’re over it! This Watermelon Cloud Slushie was such a creative way to use up all that extra watermelon! It gives slushie meets smoothie vibes. It’s icy, yet creamy, and surprisingly really good for you! This was really easy to make, and the kids absolutely loved it.

    Cheesy Smashburger Fries

    I’m such a big fan of cheesy fries! I mean, who isn’t? The whole smashburger vibe too? YUM. These Cheesy Smashburger Fries made such a delicious snack for me and my family. The homemade fries were crunchy and salty, the beef gave a crispy burger type of taste, and the toppings couldn’t have been a better fit. Gooey cheese, crunchy pickles, fresh onion, sesame seeds, then that Big Mac style sauce drizzled over top? It turned out so good!

    Smoked Beer Can Chicken

    This Smoked Beer Can Chicken was rubbed with a variety of spices like paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and herbs. It was smoked for several hours, then finished off at a higher temp for the most delicious, crispy skin. I lathered a garlic butter all over this and we dug right in. This was so tasty, and I love how versatile it is too. Have it with mashed potatoes, air fried potatoes, a yummy side salad. This whole smoky chicken gives all the summer BBQ vibes.

    Broccoli Cheddar Egg Cups

    Meal prepping is SO underrated. These Broccoli Cheddar Egg Cups were stuffed with tender broccoli, gooey cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, garlic, fresh herbs, and tomato. That egg was so juicy, and SO fluffy! These were impressive to me because I feel like you don’t hear about a lot of breakfast recipes featuring broccoli! They felt super creative and my kids absolutely loved them!

    Beefy Taco Dip

    This Beefy Taco Dip was loaded with flavorful ground beef, a creamy, cottage cheese ranch layer, and piled with fresh veggies! It was creamy, crunchy, hearty, and fresh. It felt super unique because you don’t really see taco dips with ground beef in them! There was a ton of protein in this recipe too, which really made this a feel-good snack!

    Italian Grinder Sub

    It’s almost picnic season, beach season, cold sandwich season. When it’s warm and sunny, I want all the fresh, chilled foods! This recipe for Italian Grinder Sub Sandwiches was everything we could’ve wanted for lunch! These were stacked with turkey, salami, provolone, crispy prosciutto, a bunch of fresh veggies, and I made a chili grinder slaw to smear all over inside. It was creamy, crunchy, tangy, and super fresh. This recipe made a ton of subs too, so it’s the perfect thing to stock your cooler with and head out to catch some rays. These rocked!

    Dragon Fruit Rum Cooler

    My husband and I love sippin’ on fruity cocktails while we hang on the deck or grill some steaks! It just seems like a whole vibe to us. This Dragon Fruit Rum Cooler was so unique and went down incredibly easy! The citrus punch in there complemented that sweet agave syrup and those subtle notes of dragon fruit and rum! It felt like the type of drink you’d be having poolside or on some tropical getaway. It was so easy to make it too!
