I love all of the pasta! Give me the salad, the garlic bread, alfredo, meatballs, and marinara! My recipes are mostly Italian inspired, but they are SO yummy and easy to make!

Our garden is flourishing with fresh veggies and herbs and what better way to celebrate this delicious homegrown food than to whip up a fresh dinner with it? This Chicken Caprese Skillet features fresh garden tomatoes and basil, juicy chicken, melty mozzarella cheese, and balsamic vinegar. Everything is made in just one skillet, meaning there’s hardly anything to clean up afterwards! My favorite kinda supper. This was so delicious and took just 30 minutes! My boys loved it!

    I’m such an alfredo girl. I absolutely love it – I am literally always craving it! It’s so easy to make at home too, you just need a couple ingredients! This Jalapeño Shrimp Alfredo gives those classic shrimp alfredo vibes, but with a spicy twist. Piled high with thinly sliced jalapeños, it gives a fresh crunch – with the perfect amount of spice. You can choose between very spicy, somewhere in the middle, and pretty mild by simply removing more or less of the seeds and pith. This recipe is perfect for all those fresh jalapeños you’ve got in the garden too! It’s unique and it’s still family friendly!

    Summer is almost over and I’m not ready! Fresh veggies from the garden, pool days, and quickly cooked meals – it’s a dream. These Air Fryer Ground Chicken Stuffed Peppers were the perfect thing to make on a hot day, when you don’t feel like heating the house up a whole bunch! The bell peppers were stuffed the classic way, adding all that delicious filling into the whole pepper, then air frying until tender. The ground chicken was juicy, the veggies crisp but tender, and the rice was cheesy and packed with flavor. This is a simple family recipe that everybody loves!

    This Ravioli with Brown Butter Mushrooms and Sage was ridiculously easy but somehow felt elevated into something straight from a restaurant. Those sautéed mushrooms, the nutty brown butter, and the crispy sage came together and really brought those packaged raviolis to life! This was ready in under half an hour, making it perfect for a busy weeknight. Plus, I LOVE mushrooms. This was really impressive!

    This time of year, all I want to eat are fresh veggies, salads, wraps, and sandwiches! They just really hit the spot for me on a hot sunny day! These Bacon Jam Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps were crunchy, creamy, and filled with flavor. The chicken was warm and juicy; the bacon jam was crunchy and sweet! Then you have that smoky chilled Caesar dressing, which was super easy to make and added SO much flavor! Everything was all wrapped into a tortilla with some toasted corn and fresh lettuce, then toasted until golden. These were ridiculously good and everything was made in just one pot!

    It’s almost picnic season, beach season, cold sandwich season. When it’s warm and sunny, I want all the fresh, chilled foods! This recipe for Italian Grinder Sub Sandwiches was everything we could’ve wanted for lunch! These were stacked with turkey, salami, provolone, crispy prosciutto, a bunch of fresh veggies, and I made a chili grinder slaw to smear all over inside. It was creamy, crunchy, tangy, and super fresh. This recipe made a ton of subs too, so it’s the perfect thing to stock your cooler with and head out to catch some rays. These rocked!

This Creamy Tomato Beef Pasta was full of tomato, juicy beef, garlicky flavor, tender broccoli, and a silky gouda cheese sauce! This was really easy to make, and it featured some pantry staples, which made this meal pretty affordable and practical! It’s perfect for a busy weeknight, when you’ve got low energy and a hungry family! It was packed with nutrients and there was plenty of leftovers to go around.

    I love an alfredo sauce! I wish I could have it every day! I wish it was as healthy as a salad! This Brown Butter Alfredo Sauce was pretty unique! It was garlicky, that brown butter flavor, the hint of lemon and crushed red pepper in there – it was a total flavor bomb! This sauce was so easy to whip up, and it goes with so many things! Breadsticks, pasta, pizza – I mean you can do so much with a good sauce, especially alfredo!

    You know those days. You just want to make a whole bunch of comfort food and mow down. Then promptly sit on the couch in your sweatpants and veg out really hard, while watching some Guys Grocery Games. This recipe was totally one of those types of meals! This Lasagna Style Baked Ziti is like a mash up of a creamy lasagna and a cheesy ziti! The Italian sausage was bold and juicy, the tomato sauce was hearty and delicious, and that ricotta cheese layer was the perfect spoonful of comfort!

    Salmon Lemon Risotto

    I don’t know about you, but I’m always in the mood for seafood! Especially when it’s got that lemony punch – YUM! It’s so delicious! This Salmon Lemon Risotto was everything you’d want from a risotto! That rice felt creamy but had this incredible bite left on it, those lemony flavors throughout, served with that charred lemon, and those big juicy flaky chunks of salmon. I mean this was just ridiculous! And it’s not very hard to make at all!
