We love eating all kinds of Mexican inspired food! This Chicken Burrito Bowl is a fusion of flavors! It has the authentic flavors of the lime and cilantro but then you get sort of an American vibe from the shredded lettuce and the sour cream, and then there’s like a Southwest type of vibe from the black beans and corn! So good!
