These Caramel Apple Pancakes give a fair food vibe with a hint of fall! Whenever I go to a fair I HAVE to get a caramel apple, they are one of my absolute favorites! When we woke up this morning it was a chilly 50 degrees, which made me think of fall (gotta love the Midwest – insert eyeroll here) Fall is my FAVORITE season though, and these pancakes totally hit the spot!
