I’m obsessed with anything Mushroom and Swiss! Plus, I love a properly cooked pork chop! I made this Mushroom Swiss Pork Chop using my ceramic pan from Xtrema! It was great because I was able to get a nice sear on the stove and then finish it off in the oven!
