Last updated on January 21st, 2026

I’m obsessed with anything Mushroom and Swiss! Plus, I love a properly cooked pork chop! I made this Mushroom Swiss Pork Chop using my ceramic pan from Xtrema! It was great because I was able to get a nice sear on the stove and then finish it off in the oven! If you don’t have a good oven safe skillet, you should definitely check out Xtrema’s products! These chops were so creamy, cheesy, shroomy – delicious! I loved how the green beans brought some freshness to this rich, tasty dish!

To make the mushroom swiss pork chop:

After the pork chops are done baking, temp them. By now they should be at or close to 145 F. Cover with Swiss Cheese and bake a few minutes more, then broil on high for about a minute until cheese is melty!
