White Pizza with Broccoli
Last updated on October 14th, 2025
Who doesn’t love pizza!? My favorite kind of pizza has a white creamy sauce! This white pizza with broccoli is quick and easy to make and better yet, it’s kid approved! It was garlicky, creamy, and I feel like the broccoli adds a unique touch! This is a vegetarian pizza, but you could also add some chicken or whatever else you like!
What ingredients do I need for the pizza?
Pizza Dough Ball
Mozzarella Ball
Broccoli Florets
Ricotta
Garlic Cloves
Olive Oil
What ingredients do I need for the sauce?
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Italian Seasoning
Black Pepper
For Serving:
Parmesan
Crushed Red Pepper
Black Pepper
Parsley
How to prepare the broccoli:
Take a small saucepan about halfway filled with water, bring to a boil. Drop broccoli in and boil for one minute. Transfer broccoli to an ice bath to stop the cooking, drain, and set aside until ready to use.
How to make White Pizza with Broccoli?
Mix all spices together in a small bowl. Preheat oven to 400 F. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil in large bowl, place dough ball inside, roll around and flip to coat dough ball, then put a damp paper towel on the bowl and let sit out for an hour.
Take out dough and gently spread out onto round baking sheet. I just used my fingers for this. My pizza ended up about 14 inches. Poke a couple of holes in the dough with a fork.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil on the pizza, spreading evenly with the back of a spoon. Spread the ricotta evenly around, then sprinkle the spices around. Add garlic first, so it doesn’t burn. Slice your mozz ball into rounds and lay it all around the pizza evenly. Top with broccoli and bake for 25 minutes.
Tips:
- To reheat this pizza, air fry it at 370 F for 3 minutes and it’ll taste as good as the first time!
