I’m a big lover of salads and so is my family! We are always shamelessly devouring the classics like Caesar or a nice garden salad with Italian dressing! We literally make a huge bowl of salad, and we all share it! My husband, toddler, and I all passing the fork around. Super cute! This avocado blueberry broccoli salad was a fun way to use up extra fruit and veggies, and it’s a little something different! I love the savory and sweet elements in this salad, and that creamy, garlicky dressing really takes the flavor over the top! This would make an amazing side dish or appetizer as well!

How do I make this Avocado Blueberry Broccoli Salad?
Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients for dressing and mix well to combine.

Top salad with the garlic dressing and fresh parmesan, if desired!
Tips:
- This salad makes enough for two people, so if you’d like to bring it to a party or use it as a side for dinner, consider doubling the recipe!
- If you want, add some rotisserie or oven baked chicken breast to this salad and make it a main dish!

Avocado Blueberry Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 ยฝ cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ยฝ an avocado cut into cubes
- ยผ cup blueberry
For the dressing
- ยฝ cup sour cream
- ยผ cup mayo
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley roughly chopped
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- ยผ tsp onion powder
- ยผ tsp dill
Optional garnishes:
- parmesan
Instructions
- Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients for dressing. Mix well.
- Top salad with dressing and parmesan, if desired. Enjoy!
