I’m obsessed with Mousse! It’s so decadent, rich, creamy! It’s like the ultimate hug from a dessert! I usually love a chocolate mousse, but I wanted something a little different! Plus, it’s berry season! This Strawberry Mousse was so delicious! It was also super easy to make! And as much as we all WANT to eat a Mousse for dinner, you’ve gotta fuel up beforehand! That’s where my blogger friend Lainey from SimplyBakings.com comes in with her summery Vegan Stuffed Zucchini! You’re definitely going to want to check out the delicious eats we have going on in this collab!

What ingredients do I need to make Strawberry Mousse?

Strawberries
Granulated Sugar
Heavy Cream
Vanilla

How do I make it?

In a blender, combine sugar and strawberry until well blended. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold the strawberry mixture into the cream and mix until well incorporated.

Pour the Strawberry Mousse into small glasses or ramekins and chill for an hour. Top Mousse with whipped cream and strawberry garnish if desired! Enjoy!

How else could I eat this dessert?

Try putting chocolate syrup and chocolate chips on it! Alternatively, this mousse could be a tasty addition to a different dessert, maybe with a layer of graham cracker crust or cheesecake!
