Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie
Last updated on February 5th, 2026
When I was growing up, we’d always have these no-bake peanut butter pies around the holidays and they were so good, we could never stop talking about them! This is a fun twist on that nostalgic pie from my childhood! This Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie is infused with a homemade strawberry compote which really takes it over the top! It gave total PB&J vibes, and it was so easy to make!

Why is this pie so amazing?
Well, it’s no-bake! Which is SUPER amazing, especially in the summer when the last thing you want to do is turn on your oven! And aside from making the compote, there is literally NO cooking involved! This is so easy – it would be perfect to take with you to a party! This would also be perfect for an easy V-Day dessert!
Plus, I think just about everyone is a fan of peanut butter and jelly – am I right? The kids love it!
Did you know?
Peanut butter and jelly became popular all because of soldiers during WWII! They were given bread, peanut butter, and jelly with their food rations, which they then decided to make into sandwiches! From there – it just stuck, literally! Isn’t that interesting?!
So, what’s in this Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie?
Strawberry Compote – you can also use jam or try my recipe!
Graham Cracker Crust
Peanut Butter
Powdered Sugar
Cream Cheese
Cool Whip
Vanilla Extract
For serving:
Whipped Cream
Strawberry Compote
Fresh Strawberries
How do I make it?
In a large bowl, beat thawed cool whip, softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy!

Fold half of the mixture into the graham cracker crust spreading it out with a rubber spatula so it’s even.

Dollop the strawberry compote on top and spread it around evenly using the back of a spoon.

Finish the pie off with the rest of the peanut butter mixture, spreading to cover completely.

Cover and refrigerate or freeze the pie for a few hours!
Pro Tip: The freezer is quicker, but if you’re wanting a smooth and mousse-y consistency, I recommend using the fridge! We just need it to set for this first initial chill!
To serve:
Serve Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie with whipped cream, strawberry compote, and fresh berries on top! Enjoy!
Tips:
- Store this pie covered in refrigerator for 2-4 days. Or you can pop it in the freezer and eat it whenever you like – do this for up to 3 months! This means this is a make ahead friendly recipe!
- There’s lots of variations you can come up with for this type of no-bake pie! As long as you have the basic ingredients – graham cracker or cookie crust, cool whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese – the opportunities are endless! Make it pumpkin, make it lemon, make it chocolate!
