Bacon Cheeseburgers

Who doesn’t love a good burger!? These Bacon Cheeseburgers were absolutely phenomenal, and the best part is they featured the most amazing Wagyu Ground Beef from Snake River Farms! This burger was so JUICY! Then you’ve got that delicious, spicy chipotle aioli on there, the fried onion, the sharp cheddar, that AMAZING Snake River Farms Bacon. I mean seriously these were like ridiculously good! I wish I would’ve doubled this recipe, so my husband and I could’ve eaten two!

What ingredients do I need to make these?
For the burger patties:
SRF American Wagyu Beef Gourmet Hamburger
Egg
Onion Soup Mix
Yellow Onion
Garlic
For the bacon cheeseburgers:
SRF Hardwood Smoked Bacon
Red Onion
Butter
Rosemary
Thyme
Sharp Cheddar Slices
Sesame Burger Buns
Chipotle Aioli – store-bought or use my recipe!
How do I make these?
To prep for the burgers and make the patties:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, use your hands to mix all burger patty ingredients until combined. Don’t overmix!


Form into 1-inch-thick patties and set aside on a plate until ready to use.
To make the bacon cheeseburgers:
In a large skillet, cook SRF bacon to perfection and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.

In the same skillet with the bacon grease, melt butter on medium-high heat. Add burger patties to the pan and place the fresh herbs nestled around the patties. While the burgers are cooking, take a spoon and baste the butter over the patties. After a few minutes, flip.

Remove and discard the herbs, then nestle the sliced onions in the middle of the cooking patties.

Cook burgers a few minutes more, adding cheese to the tops in the last minute. While the burgers are cooking or after, place your buns top side up directly on the oven rack and toast for a few minutes.
Butter buns and assemble the Chipotle Bacon Cheeseburgers as follows – Bun, cheeseburger, 1 1/2 slices bacon, fried onion, Chipotle Aioli on the top bun and drizzled all over!



Serve immediately with your favorite sides and enjoy!

- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ package onion soup mix
- ¼ cup yellow onion minced
For the burgers:
- 5 slices SRF Hardwood Smoked Bacon cooked until crispy
- 3-4 thyme sprigs
- 1 rosemary sprig
- ¼ cup red onion cut into rings
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 sesame burger buns
- Chipotle Aioli – store-bought or use my recipe!
Instructions

- Butter buns and assemble the Chipotle Bacon Cheeseburgers as follows – Bun, cheeseburger, 1 1/2 slices bacon, fried onion, Chipotle Aioli on the top bun and drizzled all over!
