Radish Chips

Air Fried Radish Chips in a white bowl with some ranch and parsley and parm for garnish

Last updated on January 24th, 2026

I love doing cool stuff with vegetables, especially when the kids get silly about eating them raw! These Radish Chips were air fried and gave kind of a potato chip vibe! They’re also keto friendly and incredibly easy to make! What a great way to use up some radishes! A total guilt free snack and they tasted amazing with some ranch on the side!

Did you know?

Radishes can grow from seed to harvest in just 3 weeks! Isn’t that interesting!? And they’re so good for you, bursting with a ton of Vitamin C! This root vegetable is often overlooked but it’s a total powerhouse! In fact, ancient Egyptians valued radishes so much, they used them as currency for the workers building pyramids!

What ingredients to I need?

Radishes
Olive Oil
Lawry’s Seasoning
Chili Powder
Salt
Black Pepper

For serving:

Parmesan
Parsley
Ranch – store-bought or try my recipe!

How do I make Radish Chips?

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients besides garnishes until combined. I like to use my hands because I feel like I get the best coverage this way. Preheat air fryer for a few minutes at 400 F.

Air fry radish chips in a single layer, shaking the basket halfway through. I like mine really crunchy and kinda charred but if you want them to be chewier, skip the preheat!

To serve:

Serve and garnish with fresh parsley and parmesan, if desired. Serve with ranch or whatever dipping sauce you like! Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Preheating the air fryer helps these chips get really crispy, like a potato chip!
  • Usually, I’ll line my air fryer with foil because it saves sooooo much time during cleanup. For these radish chips, I don’t recommend it because they will not get as crispy!
  • You could make these with whatever seasonings you like! And feel free to double the recipe if you want! Just make sure that the radishes are not touching in the air fryer, or they won’t crisp up as well. If you make more than this recipe calls for, you’ll likely have to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • To reheat these, simply toss them back in the air fryer at 370 F for 2-3 minutes.
