Who doesn’t love a colorful plate of veggies!? This chicken pepper sheet pan is super quick for busy weekdays and it’s bursting with flavor! Those garlic flavors, the lemon juice, and the ZEST! Just adds such a brightness to the dish! Plus, the broccoli is a really nice touch! I love using tinfoil for sheet pans too, literally just bake it and then toss the foil! No cleanup, nothing! Makes life a breeze sometimes when things get super hectic!

How do sheet pans make our life easier?

Sheet pans are great because they’re basically a one pot meal, except we’re using one pan! Generally, you can just toss everything onto the pan and bake it! There’s minimal cleanup, far less dishes to worry about, and while it’s baking – you get to sit back and relax! Sheet pan dinners are perfect for people with a busy schedule!

Plus, this sheet pan is so flavorful! That zest and juice from the lemon really brings the bell peppers and chicken to life! It also keeps the chicken nice and juicy while baking! It’s such a bright, healthy meal! And it’s a great way to get your kids excited about veggies! Those colorful bell peppers are so enticing!

What ingredients do I need to make this?

Chicken Breast
Broccoli Florets
Yellow Onion
Red Bell Pepper
Yellow Bell Pepper
Olive Oil
Lemon
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Salt
Onion Powder
Black Pepper

Optional garnishes:

Parsley
Parmesan

How do I make Chicken Pepper Sheet Pan?

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a large baking sheet with tinfoil for easy cleanup, spray well with cooking spray. Carefully mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with your hands.
Bake for 17 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil on high for 2 additional minutes.
Remove and top with freshly grated parmesan and parsley, if desired.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice and zest from one lemon
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Optional garnishes:

  • parsley
  • parmesan

Instructions
