Kiwi Mango Daiquiri

This week is really hot here, so obviously we need some frozen DRANKS! This Kiwi Mango Daiquiri was delicious and simple to make! The kiwi shines through, while the mango adds a sweet finish! This recipe makes a whole bunch, so be sure to invite your friends over for drinks on the patio! And if for some reason you don’t finish it all, you can toss it in the freezer for later and it’s just as yummy!

Did you know?
The daiquiri was invented in a town named Daiquiri, in Cuba! This took place during the late 1800’s, when an American Engineer named Jennings Cox mixed one of these bad boys up as a way to beat the tropical heat! Pretty neat!
What ingredients do I need to make this Kiwi Mango Daiquiri?
For the simple syrup:
Sugar
Water
For the kiwi mix:
Ice
Kiwi
White Rum
Simple Syrup
For the mango mix:
Frozen Mango
White Rum
Simple Syrup
Lime
For serving:
Kiwi
Lime
How do I make it?
To make the simple syrup:
Add simple syrup ingredients to a small saucepan and heat on medium, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool completely before using! You can also use a store-bought simple syrup if you want.
To make the kiwi mango daiquiri:
Add all kiwi mix ingredients to a large blender and blend until combined. Pour into a container and store in the freezer until ready to use. Rinse out your blender, then add all mango mix ingredients and blend until combined.
In a large glass, pour kiwi mix first, then mango on top. Garnish with lime and kiwi, if desired! Enjoy!
Tips:
- You will have extra simple syrup! That’s great, simply store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months!
- This recipe makes enough for 6 large daiquiris!

- 4 cups ice
- 2 ยฝ kiwis peeled and sliced, or scooped
- ยพ cup white rum
- ยผ cup simple syrup
For the mango mix:
- 2 cups frozen mango
- ยพ cup white rum
- ยผ cup simple syrup
- juice and zest from 1 lime
For serving:
- kiwi sliced
- lime wedged
Instructions
