Did you know?

Wraps exist in almost every culture! India, Mexico, the Middle East, Thailand and more! Wraps are popular because they’re portable, they’re usually extremely fresh, and they’re great for portion control! Making a wrap is another really great way to literally “wrap” flavors up together in this sort of delicious fusion! They are extremely versatile!

What ingredients do I need for the filling?

Ground Beef
Garlic
Worcestershire
Dijon
Ketchup
Oregano
Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Dill

For serving:

Burrito Tortillas
Beer Cheese – store-bought or see my recipe for homemade
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pickle

How do I make it?

In a large skillet on medium heat, brown beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until no longer pink. Drain, then add beef back to skillet and turn heat to low. Add garlic to pan, until fragrant. Mix in remaining filling ingredients and heat a few minutes more, until warmed through.

Assemble Beer Cheeseburger wraps starting with the beef filling, then layer on lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and finally drizzle some beer cheese inside before wrapping them. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Customize this wrap however you want! Just chop up your fav burger toppings and toss them in!
  • Wanting more of a spicy situation? Try a drizzle of this Chipotle Aioli in the wrap too!

    1. Omg! Where are you located? In WI all we do is drink and eat cheese I guess lol! We are the stereotype!

      1. Really, wow! So not too far! I’m over it though, I wanna move somewhere tropical๐Ÿ˜Š

      2. Around 1200 miles from Saskโ€™s eastern border to WIโ€™s western one, but my hubs was a long haul truck driver and went through WI regularly. When Iโ€™d get time off work, Iโ€™d hop in with him. We go to South Texas for our winters, and the temps there are subtropical, which we love a lot more than Saskatchewan winters, lol.

      3. Thatโ€™s driving miles, not actual, and it depends on starting and stopping points. Hubs said he thinks around 900 miles is more accurate.
