Everybody loves chicken tenders, especially kids! These are so easy for your busy evening, and they are so versatile! We had a big garden salad with them and halfway through I thought, these would taste amazing IN the salad! We served them with ranch dressing, ketchup, and barbeque sauce. You could incorporate them into a mac and cheese, a nacho! You could really do anything with these Air Fryer Chicken Tenders! There is endless opportunity for creativity!

Why air fry these chicken tenders?
Using an air fryer is not only convenient, but it’s also much healthier than deep-frying! Air frying can cut calories by up to 80%! Which means…you get to eat more of these juicy tenders! These are packed with protein and extremely low in calories, carbs, and fat! These are the perfect little healthy snack, or they can shine as a main dish!
Did you know?
Chicken tenders became an icon for kids in the 1980’s! Food chains realized these were perfect for kids since they’re handheld and boneless! Plus, kids love dipping them into their favorite sauces, which makes it a fun experience for them! They’ve been loved ever since!
What ingredients do I need to make these?
Chicken Breast
Olive Oil
Lawry’s
Paprika
Chili Powder
Oregano
Black Pepper
How do I make them?
In a large bowl, whisk all spices and oil together to form a paste. Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towel so the paste can adhere better. Air fry the tenders at 400 F for several minutes. Flip tenders and air fry a few minutes more.
